Recycling of existing furnishings to charities wherever
possible.
Legal and legislative compliances, engineering advice and
certifications, insurance requirements and body corporate
bylaws are investigated and adhered to where applicable.
Refurbishment services include financial reconciliation
ranging from the ordering of goods and services, payment
of deposits and progress payments to suppliers, invoicing,
collections and tax receipts.
As the on-site manager & letting agent Accor is highly
motivated to ensure installation is completed timely and
professionally.
Our quote will outline the specific scope of works which has
been carefully evaluated for your room type and condition.
To confirm your intention to proceed, please email
REFURBISHMENT-GCAU@accor.com with a copy of the
signed agreement form along with your deposit. Deposit
can be made via bank transfer or credit card (surcharges
apply).
Installations will be scheduled to minimise displacement of
your apartment's performance and a Completion Certificate
will be issued in accordance with the Refurbishment
Agreement Form.
