The apartments at Peppers Beach Club and Spa have endured the passage of time remarkably well, however, given the
age of the building, the competitive nature of the industry and guest feedback, we believe it has become necessary for
an upgrade of the apartments to now take place.
Peppers Beach Club and Spa is an icon of Palm Cove and we are excited to work with owners to ensure that it
continues to be recognised as such. The long term completion of this project can provide many benefits including an
increase in the value of your asset, whilst maintaining the reputation of the property, and creating stronger demand.
