Multiple quotes are compared and supplier capabilities are assessed at all levels of the supply chain. Quality control via product testing is undertaken and lengthy commercial warranties are provided for use in high occupancy spaces. Partnerships with local and overseas manufacturers and distribution chains. Recycling of existing furnishings to charities wherever possible. Legal and legislative compliances, engineering advice and certifications, insurance requirements and body corporate bylaws are investigated and adhered to.
