NEXT STEPS
• Our quote will outline the specific scope of works which
has been carefully evaluated for your room type and
condition.
• To confirm your intention to proceed, please email
REFURBISHMENT-GCAU@accor.com with a copy of the
signed agreement form along with your deposit. Deposit
can be made via bank transfer or credit card (surcharges
apply).
• Installations will be scheduled to minimise displacement
of your apartment's performance and a Completion
Certificate will be issued in accordance with the
Refurbishment Agreement Form
